Bracio was founded in 2013 as “La Bracioleria,” a Sicilian restaurant aiming to bring the authenticity of Messinese cuisine to Milan. From the very beginning, our goal was to introduce the Milanese public to the famous Messinese braciole and offer typical dishes made with authentic, high-quality ingredients, in a warm and family-friendly environment.

At the end of 2023, we introduced our “Sicilia No Limits” formula, which was an immediate success. Our guests can now enjoy an unlimited variety of Sicilian dishes from our menu at a fixed price. Specialties like arancini, pasta alla Norma, parmigiana, caponata, traditional Sicilian desserts, and the unmissable braciole, all prepared following both traditional recipes and those aligned with modern dietary preferences.

Thanks to the success of the “Sicilia No Limits” formula, our project evolves, and in 2024, Bracio – Sicilian Bites was officially born—a name that better represents the evolution of our concept and vision. With the new name, we aim to emphasize not only Sicilian culinary traditions but also innovation and the continuous pursuit of offerings that align with the changing needs of the city of Milan. Today, Bracio seeks to grow and become a reference point for lovers of regional cuisine that is accessible and highlights traditional dishes.
